PRIVACY POLICY

Artaban is made by Ian Sage, trading as Artaban Interactive. This policy covers the Android game Artaban (package com.artaban.alibi) and says plainly what the game does and does not do with information. The short version: the game itself collects nothing, and the two Google services inside it — ads and purchases — handle their parts under Google's own policies.

What the game itself collects

Nothing. Artaban has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, and no servers of its own. Your progress — which challenges you have beaten, your swing counts, your tickets — is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to us. We have no way to see it.

Deleting the app deletes that progress. There is also a reset option in the game's settings if you want a clean slate without uninstalling.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The free version of Artaban shows ads served by Google AdMob, a third-party service operated by Google. To serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud, AdMob may collect device information, including:

• your device's advertising ID
• IP address and coarse location derived from it
• device type, operating system version, and app package name
• ad interaction data (which ads were shown, viewed, or tapped)

We do not receive or store any of this ourselves. How Google uses it is described in Google's Privacy Policy and AdMob's data practices. You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalisation, in your device's Google settings.

Buying Remove Ads stops the game from requesting or showing ads at all, which also stops the collection described above.

Purchases (Google Play Billing)

The Remove Ads purchase is processed entirely by Google Play. We never see your payment details — no card numbers, no billing address. Google tells the game only one thing: whether the purchase exists. That entitlement is remembered by Google Play and restored automatically if you reinstall.

Children

Artaban is a general-audience game. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone — children included — because the game does not collect personal information at all.

Changes

If a future update changes what the game collects — for example, if we ever add analytics or new ad formats — this policy will be updated before that version ships, and the effective date above will change.
